Wonderful Bellies and the Ways we Talk to Our Kids
A Body Home
We will live in our bodies until the day that we die and my goal is to explore with you, in curiosity and forever learning, how we can nourish the relationship that we have with our bodies . . . how can we feel good sensations in our bodies? How can we cultivate thoughts that are not degrading to our bodies or others bodies? How can we seek kindness for ourselves when the thoughts that cross our minds about ourselves or others are questionable or unkind? How do we de-condition what we have been deeply conditioned to think about our bodies, the ways we move, the sensations we have or don’t have or aren’t sure we deserve to have?
Reflecting and Rerouting… Thoughts on Enoughness
I was already there - in the moment that I was searching for.
I was enough. I was doing enough. I didn’t need to be inherently different. I was worthy of kindness. I was worthy of having patience with myself. I was likeable. I didn’t need to offer more. I was already on the path to my purpose. I figured things out. I messed up and I was okay in time. I learned a lot. And I still am.
