A doula listens to you, stays beside you, and walks with you through your journey from pregnancy to postpartum, oftering a steady, knowledgeable presence for you and any support people that are with you.
Receive attentive, trauma-informed, non-clinical physical + emotional support during your pregnancy, labor, birth, and immediate postpartum! Labor + Birth Packages include prenatal visits, childbirth education, physical comfort measures, emotional support, non-clinical patient advocacy, and postpartum visits.

Postpartum Doula Support
A caring heart, a helping hand, and a deep knowing of your strength as a birthing person and fresh postpartum parent.
A postpartum doula provides nourishing physical support in your home so that you can rest, heal, restore, rebalance, tend to your newborn, and get to know yourself again, as well as attentive emotional support so that you can have intentional space to process, release, share, and ask questions about your birth and postpartum time.
Postpartum Packages can include postpartum healing support + education, meal preparation, light home care, newborn care + education, and emotional support for the birthing person, infant(s), sibling(s), partner(s), and/or support people.

Parenthood Doula Support
Parenting. A beautiful, chaotic, loving, exhausting, and surprising adventure.
Whether you birthed your child or saw your partner give birth to them, whether you adopted your child or you are a bonus / step-parent, whether you are a grandparent parenting your grandchildren or a foster parent caring for children temporarily - there are times when we seek consistent conversation, emotional support and a sounding board.
This offering is for parental figures caring for a little one between 0 and 3 years old who are seeking communal education for early childhood, parental affirmation + encouragement, and/or strategies for family connection.

Night Doula Support
Nights and days blend together, especially during those first few weeks/months after a newborn arrives.
Night Doula Support provides time + space for the parent(s) to rest, rejuvenate, and care for their nervous systems while a doula attends to their newborn(s). Whether you are breastfeeding/chestfeeding, pumping + bottle-feeding, combo-feeding or formula-feeding, a night doula can tend to you and your newborn so that you can get more sleep in between nursing, pumping, and/or your wake times.

Family Building Doula Support
If you are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, if you are a person pursuing single parenthood, if you have experienced any level of fertility loss, if you are seeking assisted fertility, if you are curious about surrogacy, if you are working through the adoption process, etc. I am here to support you as you moving through your own individual process of learning, excitement, confusion, grief, frustration, celebration, hardship, and joy.
Family Building support offers emotional, physical, and educational support, during the ups + downs of becoming pregnant or becoming a parent. This offering centers the complexity of family building through multiple perspectives, and holds space for all types of family structures.

Sibling Doula Support
Are you curious about including your younger child in all or part of your labor + birth experience? Have you wondered about how to offer them the support,co-regulation, and attention they might need, while ensuring that you feel fully supported by your partner/family/doula, too?
A Sibling Doula is able to tag-team with your family, friends, and support people before, during, and after your labor + birth. They serve as the primary support to your younger child during your labor + birth (generally at home or at an out-of-hospital birth center), and stay flexible as needs + wishes shift throughout the process. Sibling Doula Packages include age-appropriate childbirth education, emotional processing support, and light home care as needed.
